• FUNFUZION at New Roc City is not responsible for personal property. Personal belongings should be under your control at all times. Lockers are located throughout the Fun House for your convenience.

• Please enjoy our facility at your own risk.

• Loitering, soliciting, running or inappropriate behavior/language is NOT PERMITTED.

• Violation of these policies may result in the ejection from the premises and banning from New Roc City, at Management’s discretion.

• Please Note: All Guests under the age of 21, entering The New Roc Fun House after 7:00 pm on Friday and Saturday, will be required to purchase a $5.00 Turbo Card Good for Games, Rides and Attractions or a $5.00 Voucher Good for Go-Karting or Ice Skating.

• Outside Food and Beverages are NOT PERMITTED any where within this Facility. There are ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! You are WELCOME to visit one of our convenient Cafes for a selection of snacks and refreshments.

• Self-service Birthday Parties are strictly prohibited any where within this Facility to include New Roc Fun House, New Roc’n Bowl, New Roc Rack & Cue, New Roc Speedway and New Roc Ice Skating Center. All Birthday Parties must be booked through Party Central.

• Only Turbo Cards are accepted for all Fun House Rides and Attractions! Attendants cannot Accept Cash!

• Height restrictions may apply on certain rides.

• Promotions and prices are subject to change without notice.

• Absolutely NO Cash Refunds!

• Sharing promotional packages sold on a per Guest basis is strictly prohibited.
