must be made 48 hours in advance. 50% deposit required. Deposits and payments
are non-refundable. No outside food and beverage allowed any where within
our facility. Note: There is an 18% Service Charge on all amusements and
packages.
Food and Beverage
We offer a variety of menu items and are able to accommodate
any of your special dietary requests. There is an 18% service charge on
all catering costs. Although we provide in-house catering, or catering
through preferred caterers, should you choose to use your own caterer
a service charge of 25% will be charged based on your total catering costs.
A copy of the outside caterer’s charges must be provided to your
Group Sales Manager at least two weeks prior to the event and we must
be notified of any additional changes as they are made. Outside Caterers
must provide certificates of insurance and a valid catering license. New
Roc FEC, LLC reserves the right to deny outside catering. No outside alcoholic
beverages are permitted. Outside caterers are responsible for all related
food service items. Cakes are not permitted in the Bowling Alley.
Function Space
Rooms are rented based on availability and are not confirmed
until a signed contract and deposit are received. Rooms are contracted
for the amount of time as specified in the Event Contract. Events over
the allotted time will be billed an hourly rate.
Guarantees
In arranging guarantees for functions, it is the sole responsibility of
the coordinator for any given function to contact their Group Sales Manager
with the specific number of attendees for any food and activity function.
Final guarantees are due by 12:00 noon, 72 hours prior to the scheduled
function. This number represents the minimum number of attendees we will
require payment for. We are not responsible for service to more than 5%
over the guarantee. If no guarantee is received at the appropriate time,
we will use the last count given as the final guarantee and charges will
be made accordingly.
Room Decor and Audio Visual Equipment
The ambiance of your event can be enhanced with special decorations.
Your Group Sales Manager can assist you in turning your ideas into a most
spectacular reality. However, certain decor is not permitted, such as
unprotected lighted candles and piñatas. Ask your Group Sales Manager
for exceptions. There is a $100.00 cleaning charge for events that use
confetti. Your Group Sales Manager can also assist you in providing audio
and visual services based on your specific requirements.
Service and Labor Charges
All activities and packages are subject to an 18% service charge.
All food and beverage charges, unless otherwise noted, are subject to
a service charge of 18% and applicable taxes. A labor charge of $50 per
hour, per bartender will be added to all bars and will be billed in one-hour
increments.
Security
New Roc City and New Roc FEC, LLC shall not assume responsibility
for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought onto the property
or for any item left unattended.
Deposits, Payments and Pricing
A 50% deposit and signed contract is required to confirm space.
100% pre-payment for groups of 10-24 people. Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits and payments can be made by company check, cash or major credit
card. Unused deposits are valid towards another group or event but must
be used within 6 months of the original event date. Packages and pricing
subject to change without notice.
Amusement Restrictions
For safety reasons the Fun House has certain height requirements
that are strictly enforced. Speedway drivers must be a minimum of 60”
tall and passengers a minimum of 40” tall. If there is a passenger
in the car, the driver must be 16 years or older. No strapless shoes,
heels or sandals on the Speedway. Bumper car riders must be a minimum
of 48” tall and the Space Shot requires rides to be a minimum if
52” tall. Height restrictions are subject to change without notice.
