Food and Beverage Manager:

 

Professional Attributes: 

  • Current certification in food and liquor sales.
  • Aware of all state laws and policies with respect to food handling and liquor laws.

 Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Meet and exceed revenue goals for food and beverage.
  • This is a hands-on position some in-house cooking and bartending will be required
  • Liaison with all suppliers and menu development
  • Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly inventory of alcohol, food, and supplies
  • Order all supplies, including food, liquor and cleaning products.
  • Responsible to maintain all food handling and sanitation equipment.
  • Manage and supervise all food & beverage and porters for the facility, and maintain sufficient labor ratios
  • Liaison with Sales Department to ensure all parties and group event catering is effectively handled and priced correctly.

 Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a fast-food environment as a Manager.
  • SIPS certified
  • Catering experience

  • Long range planner.

Graphic Designer / Creative Marketing:

 

Professional Attributes:

Support the marketing team through the creation of communications media to effectively represent the company's products and services. This includes and is not limited to advertising, promotional materials, sales materials, brand positioning, website and graphics.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to take creative direction to produce a wide range of compelling communication media such as Point of Sale materials, Property Signage, Promotional Signage, Direct Mail, Sales Materials, PowerPoint Presentations, Ads, Brochures and Flyers.
  • Ability to understand marketing objectives based on targeted markets.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as and when required.
  • Participate in Marketing Events.
  • Commit to the hours and effort needed to move on to the next level.
  • Available to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal position for graduate student from Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications program. Experience in, hospitality, service or retail preferred, but not required.
  • Portfolio to demonstrate relevant work.

Specific Skills Required:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PC Based Design Software: Quark, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Receptionist:

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to greet our guests on the phone, and be an administrative support person to our management team. You will possess 1-3 years experience in an office environment, and be computer literate (Word, Excel) plus be able to operate all office equipment (fax, photocopier, etc.)

 

We are open daily, year round and are looking for someone who will be able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings until 8 pm.

Sales Professional:

 

We are in the serious business of FUN and your job will be to bring bus loads of people to our location! Funfuzion at New Roc City is Westchester’s largest indoor entertainment center. We feature bowling, billiards, a major arcade with rides, laser tag, indoor mini-golf and go-karts. We cater to a wide variety of groups, including church and youth groups, schools, corporate events and life celebrations – such as birthdays, bar and batmitzvahs. We offer exclusive discounts and catering services to groups of 25 or more.

 

This is a base salary plus commission position, with no cap!

 

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional; experience with data base management a must, and familiarity with Peachtree a plus. A vehicle will be provided to make cold calls, so you must possess a valid drivers license. We prefer a candidate with 2-3 years experience in a service related or hospitality industry. You must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Cash Officers:

 

Looking for bright, articulate people living in Westchester who want to work for the largest indoor entertainment center. We are hiring two qualified candidates who possess a minimum of 2-4 years experience working with and handling cash, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.

 

Your duties will include preparation of tills for our cash stations, reconciliation of the tills, bank deposits and financial reports. You will ensure that radios, scanners and keys are handed out to the proper people and returned at the end of a shift. You will assist with filling and counting change and bill dispensers, including ATM’s. You must have great people skills as you interact regularly with our management staff, cast members, and on occasion will be asked to answer phones as a back-up receptionist position.

 

Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. We are currently searching for both a part-time and full-time candidate, so please indicate your availability at the time you apply. Only those with direct experience with cash handling will be considered.
