FUNFUZION currently offers The World’s Greatest Birthday, which was created to entertain, intrigue, and maximize the Party Experience for children of all ages including adults. You are welcome to add Bowling or Ice Skating to any World’s Greatest Birthday Party package.

2. Why are so many parties happening at the same time?
The World’s Greatest Birthday is one large interactive show staged among a number of individual Birthday groups. Each Birthday group has their own area and Party Host. The nature of our interactive show imparts contagious fun, enthusiasm and participation with more Birthday Stars and Guests.

3. I do not want the entertainment portion of the party and I would prefer a private room.
We offer Birthday Parties Monday through Friday before 4:00 pm, which exclude entertainment. If you choose to exclude the entertainment portion of your birthday package, keep in mind there will be NO Emcee’s, NO games, and NO music. In addition, we cannot guarantee you will have exclusive use of our party room, although we are less busy during the week.

At the present time, Party Central only offers The World’s Greatest Birthday Party. If you prefer an exclusive party room, you are welcome to contact one of our Event Specialists in Corporate & Group Sales for parties of 25 and more.

4. What is the difference between your two party rooms, Imagination Station and Strawberry Fields?
The World’s Greatest Birthday Show and Activities held in Imagination Station are customized for children of pre-school and kindergarten ages while the Show and Activities held in Strawberry Fields is suited for children seven-years and older.

To ensure the enjoyment, comfort and safety of all Birthday Children and their Guests, we divide the age groups by rooms.

6. Can I have a Themed Party?
The World's Greatest Birthday Party is our theme and is focused on your child being a SUPERSTAR. We provide you with colorful place settings as part of your Birthday package. If your child prefers a “Special” theme, you are welcome to bring your own place settings, tablecloth, balloons and tableware. We do not allow piñatas or additional party entertainment.

7. Can I have a piñata, confetti or a costume character for my Child’s party?
Piñatas, confetti and costume characters are NOT PERMITTED in our Birthday theatres or anywhere within our facility. Piñatas and costumed characters not only distract other guests from the interactive show, it takes the attention away from your child and could create an over-excited atmosphere. Confetti could be a choking hazard if it should get into any of the food or drinks.

8. Can I bring my own food?
Outside food and beverage is NOT PERMITTED anywhere within our facility. However, when booking a World’s Greatest Birthday Party we do allow you the option of bringing your own non-refrigerated cake.

We offer pizza, kosher pizza, hot dogs and an assortment of party platters. Party platters and kosher pizza and products have to be ordered in advance. Please ask your Party Central reservationists when booking your party.

9. How long will my party last?
The World’s Greatest Birthday Party is approximately an hour and a half from the time your party is scheduled to start.

After the Birthday Show, your time will vary depending on your package and the amusements you’ve selected. You are welcome to contact our Party Central Reservationists for more information.

10. What happens if I am late for my scheduled party? Or have to cancel my confirmed party?
The World’s Greatest Birthday always starts ON TIME! For the benefit of all our Guests, we maintain and adhere to a schedule. When you arrive, we will give your Birthday Superstar a proper welcoming while getting you, your Superstar and your Guests up to speed with the rest of the party. Should you happen to miss your party completely, a Party Central Supervisor will discuss your options when you arrive.

In the event something happens to prevent you from attending your party, or if in the case of cancellation, your deposit will be held for six months and can be used to reschedule a new party date. If you elect not to reschedule your party we will issue you gift certificates good for one year from the date of issue. There are no cash refunds on deposits.

11. Are there age or height restrictions for the games, rides, and amusements?
Our Party Central Reservationists will be able to guide you with age appropriate activities.

12. Will my Party Host continue on with me throughout my activities after the Birthday Show?
Your party host is with you only during the World's Greatest Birthday Party portion of your package. After the show, your party host will escort you to your next activity.

We recommend that you schedule the pick-up time for your guests 15-minutes before your party or activity is to end.

13. What is the adult charge and why do I have to pay it?
The World’s Greatest Birthday is an interactive show. For everyone’s enjoyment and safety, we require all Guests to remain seated during the show.

The Adult Seating Charge is $5 per Adult Guest, which guarantees your Adult Guest a seat in the room, 2 slices of pizza or a hot dog and unlimited soda OR you may select to receive a $5 dollar game card to use in the arcade.

14. My child has food allergies. What ingredients are in the products you serve?
All of our products are fried in Canola Corn Oil. Carvel Cakes. All cakes were processed on machinery that was used to process products containing peanuts and all ingredients in Carvel products are kosher. 15. Who do I contact if I have a problem?
If you should encounter a problem during your visit at FUNFUZION, we recommend you bring it to our attention immediately so we can assist you. You and your guests are our first most priority.
